Shantanu was very much ready (or we may say, not able) to ask her the reason for this wrongdoing! He was however bound with the promise he gave to Ganga that he will never question her about any of her action, nor he will try to find out the cause of any such action!
The things cannot be better than this! That’s why they started getting worst! Ganga took her newborn to the river bank and just put him into the water! She came back like nothing happened! She delivered a baby boy at the scheduled time. The happiness went viral and the entire kingdom was in a wave of joy. When Ganga got pregnant for the first time, the people from entire palace became very happy. However things were not the same over the period of time. The early segment of their married life of very happy and the life went ahead like fantasy. In the second episode of Hindi TV Serial Mahabharata we had seen that Ganga and Shantanu got married. Life is very strange and things may not be the same what they are looking.
